– Supply and Installation of ATS, switchgears, panel boards, circuit breakers
– Installation of 2 Units 350kVA, 6 cylinders, Cummins, 6LTAA9.5-G1 Soundproof Type 3 phase Generator Set Including Testing and Commissioning
– Supply and Installation of Cable/Wires
– Supply and Installation of Pipes and Cable Trays including Fittings, Hangers, and Supports, and their accessories.
– Installation of Lighting Fixtures
– Installation of Power Outlets, Switches, and their accessories.
– Supply and installation of Fire Alarm and Detection System, including Addressable FACP, Smoke Detector, Heat Detector, Manual Pull Station, Horn/Sounder, piping and wiring components, including testing and commissioning.
Fire Protection Works:
– Installation of Fire pump and jockey pump setup (UL/FM-certified)
– Supply and Installation of Underground and aboveground piping (Schedule 40, black iron)
– Supply and Installation of Valves (OS&Y, butterfly, check, alarm valves)
– Supply and Installation of bracketry and seismic bracing
– Testing & Commissioning
– Hydrostatic pressure testing and flushing
– Fire pump flow testing and calibration
– Alarm system testing and simulation
– Final inspection coordination with Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)
– Tagging, labeling, and zone mapping
